Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with Smart Friends Travel & Tourism L.L.C, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed through our official channels: website, email, phone, or in person.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.

  • Prices are quoted in AED (or applicable currency) and are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash (in-person bookings only).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made within the allowed timeframe (usually 24 to 48 hours before the service) to qualify for a refund.

  • Some bookings (e.g., theme park tickets, hotel deals, last-minute reservations) may be non-refundable or carry a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to confirmed bookings (such as rescheduling or changes in participant details) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Requests for changes must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.

4. Visa Services

  • Visa processing is subject to the rules and approval of the relevant UAE immigration authorities.

  • Smart Friends Travel & Tourism L.L.C acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee visa approval.

  • Any rejection or delay by authorities is beyond our control and not eligible for a refund of visa fees.

5. Tour Participation & Conduct

  • Clients are expected to follow safety instructions and behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and other participants.

  • Smart Friends Travel & Tourism L.L.C reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or violating local laws.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage due to negligence, personal actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, flight cancellations, or government actions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, brochures, and materials — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Smart Friends Travel & Tourism L.L.C and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the best possible experience, Smart Friends Travel & Tourism L.L.C is not liable for third-party service issues (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers), delays, cancellations, or changes caused by factors outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
